Accessibility Statement

Last updated: August 2026 · Memory Robin Ltd

Grief affects everyone, so support for grief has to be usable by everyone. We want every bereaved person, and everyone supporting one, to be able to use this website and take part in our training, whatever their needs.

Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 level AA across this website. In practice that means readable text sizes and contrast, meaningful alternative text on images, headings that follow a logical order, links that make sense out of context, and a site you can navigate with a keyboard.

Accessible training

Live sessions are delivered virtually with captions available on request. We share materials in advance for anyone who benefits from extra reading time, and we can provide large-print or screen-reader-friendly versions of handouts and our downloadable guides. Tell us what you need when booking and we will build it into the session; there is never a charge for adjustments.

Known limitations

Some downloadable documents may not yet be fully optimised for screen readers, and some photography lacks extended descriptions. We are working through these and prioritise fixes that affect access to support.

Tell us what isn't working

If anything on this site is hard to use, or you need content in another format, email info@memoryrobin.com. We aim to respond within five working days and will provide what you need in a format that works for you.
