Our Policies
Last updated: 22 April 2026 · Version 1.0
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies we use on memoryrobin.com, and why. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy.
Cookies are small text files that a website can place on your device when you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, to make them work better, and to give the website owners information about how the website is being used.
Some technologies are not technically "cookies" (for example local storage and server logs), but are similar in effect. In this policy we use the word "cookies" to cover all of them.
We keep our cookie use to the minimum needed for the website to function. We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising cookies.
| Cookie / technology | Set by | Purpose | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
Netlify platform cookies (e.g. nf_jwt, load-balancing cookies) |
Netlify, our hosting provider | Keep the website running and route requests correctly. Helps protect against abuse. | Strictly necessary |
| Form-related anti-spam signals | Netlify Forms | Detect and filter automated spam submissions to our contact and pilot interest forms. | Strictly necessary |
| Google Fonts connection | Load our brand typefaces (DM Sans, Inter) from Google's CDN. Google Fonts does not set cookies on your device, but Google does see a network request from your browser, including your IP address, when the font loads. | Strictly necessary (for visual rendering) | |
| Server logs | Netlify | Record anonymised request data (IP, user agent, URL, timestamp) to keep the service secure and debug issues. | Strictly necessary |
None of these items are used for marketing, profiling, or tracking you across other websites.
If that changes in future, we will update this policy and — where UK law requires it — ask for your consent before any non-essential cookies are set.
You can control or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block all cookies, block third-party cookies only, or delete cookies when you close the browser.
Blocking strictly necessary cookies may mean parts of the Website do not work properly (for example, our forms).

We will update this Cookie Policy if we change how we use cookies or similar technologies. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes.
