These terms govern your use of this website and set out the general basis on which Memory Robin Ltd provides its training services. Organisations booking training will also receive a written proposal or agreement; where the two differ, the written agreement takes precedence.

Training services
Training is booked by written agreement with your organisation, which sets out the programme, dates, delivery format and price. Prices shown on this site are for virtual delivery; in-person delivery carries an additional charge agreed in advance. Free resources on this site may be used within your organisation but not resold or rebadged.
Grief First Aider and Grief Literacy certification, and entry on the Grief Confident Register, are personal to the trained individual and evidence completion of our training; they are not clinical qualifications. Grief Confident Employer status reflects assessment against our published standard at the date of certification and is reviewed annually.
Cancellations and rescheduling
We understand that in this subject area sessions sometimes need to move. Sessions may be rescheduled without charge with at least five working days' notice. Cancellation terms for whole programmes are set out in your agreement.
Intellectual property
All content on this site and in our training materials belongs to Memory Robin Ltd or its licensors. Memory Robin®, Guardian Robin® and Pocket Robin® are registered UK trade marks. You may not reproduce our materials, marks or the Grief Confident badge without written permission; certified employers receive usage guidelines for the badge.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, and our total liability in connection with training services is limited as set out in your organisation's agreement. We hold professional indemnity and public liability insurance; certificates are available on request.
General
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the current version.
