The platform

Training gives your people the capability. The platform gives them the tools, anywhere, anytime.

What it will do ↓
FROM 2027

What the platform will do

Six things, each built for the moment it is needed rather than the moment it was filed.

Two people in a quiet one-to-one conversation

In-the-moment guidance for managers. "Someone on my team has just told me his wife has a terminal diagnosis. What do I say? What can I offer?" The Robin answers with best practice and with your workplace's own support, in the moment, without an appointment.

Your support, findable on the day it matters. The platform shows a manager exactly what your workplace offers and what that individual is entitled to, not just company-wide policy, with signposting guidance tailored to their exact situation, rather than a PDF nobody can find.

Support that reaches the family. The employee's household, including children, can be supported through the wider Memory Robin platform. This is the part no workplace benefit currently covers.

The Grief Confident Register, live. A bereaved employee or a manager opens the platform and sees the trained colleagues in their own workplace. Training stops being a certificate and becomes a place people can actually turn.

An in memoriam page when the loss is in the workplace. When a colleague dies, the platform gives your people a shared place to remember them: somewhere to grieve together internally, at their own pace.

Aggregate insight for you. You see managers supported and questions asked, at an organisational level. You never see anything from inside a family's private space, and that boundary is absolute.

TRAINING AND PLATFORM, TOGETHER

How it fits with training

It extends our services, it never replaces them. Everything in the Grief Confident programme is delivered live by people, because that is what works for every kind of workforce and because software cannot sit with someone. The platform is what happens between the sessions.

Priority access for training clients

Client workplaces get priority access when Memory Robin at Work launches, and their trained Grief First Aiders are already on the Register that the platform inherits. Partnering with us now puts your people first in line.

Frequently asked questions

When does Memory Robin at Work launch?

2027. The first components, including our live session check-in and certification tools, went live in August 2026 and are already in use with clients.

Do we have to buy the platform separately?

Training partners get priority access. Talk to us about how access works for your workplace.

What does the employer see?

Aggregate information only: how many managers were supported and what kinds of questions were asked. Nothing from an individual's or a family's private space is ever visible to an employer.

How is employee data protected?

Memory Robin is ICO registered, and anything an employee or their family does in their own space is private to them. The employer sees aggregate numbers only, never individual activity, and that boundary is built into the product rather than a policy promise. We can support your DPIA and security review before rollout.

How does this fit alongside our EAP and existing benefits?

It sits in front of them. The platform is where a manager or employee turns in the moment, and it signposts to the right existing benefit, your EAP, counselling allocation or leave policy, for that exact situation. It makes the benefits you already pay for easier to find and more likely to be used.

What does rollout ask of our team?

Very little. We load your policies, entitlements and support routes, you tell people it exists, and there is nothing to install or administer day to day. Your quarterly report shows whether it is being used.

How does the AI work?

When a manager asks a question, Memory Robin at Work answers from a closed knowledge base written and owned by our bereavement specialists, combined with your own policies, entitlements and support routes. It cannot browse the internet or invent answers: if something needs a human, it says so and signposts. Conversations are private to the person asking, and nothing an individual types is used to train AI models.
