Privacy Policy

Last updated: 6 July 2026

Memory Robin Ltd ("Memory Robin", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, how we use it, and the rights you have. We are the data controller for the information described here.

1. Who we are

Memory Robin Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17145244) and registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). You can contact us about privacy at info@memoryrobin.com.

2. What we collect

This website is a marketing and information site. We only collect personal data that you choose to give us, namely:

  • Pilot wait-list form: your name, email address, location (optional), the parts of Memory Robin you are interested in, a description of your situation, and any message you send.
  • Contact form: your name, email address, the nature of your enquiry, and your message.
  • Accessibility settings: your chosen text size, contrast and font preferences, stored only in your own browser (see our Cookie Policy).

We do not run behavioural advertising or third-party analytics tracking on this website.

3. How we use your data

  • To respond to your enquiry or to add you to the waitlist
  • To contact you about early access and Memory Robin's development, where you have asked us to
  • To keep records of correspondence and to improve what we build

Our lawful bases are your consent (which you can withdraw at any time) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and building the platform.

4. How forms are handled

Form submissions on this site are processed using Netlify Forms, provided by our hosting partner Netlify, which stores submissions securely on our behalf so we can respond to you. Netlify acts as our data processor.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and wait-list information only for as long as needed to respond to you and to run the pilot, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

6. Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate this site (such as our hosting provider), and where we are required to by law.

7. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email info@memoryrobin.com. You also have the right to complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

8. Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through this site. Our approach to protecting children within the Memory Robin platform is set out in our Safeguarding Policy.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed.

This is a general privacy notice for the marketing website. Please review and adapt it with your data protection adviser before relying on it.
