Memory Robin is built for anyone who wants to make sure a family is never without the story of someone they love. It gives people a gentle, guided way to record their story, leave messages, and build a living legacy for the people who will carry them forward.

When that isn't possible, friends and family can step in to create a Memory Robin on their behalf, so a rich, shared collection is still built and no part of that person's story is ever forgotten. Alongside the memories, there is grief support, gentle guidance and wellbeing support for the person building it.

For the adult holding everything together.

Guardian Robin is the human layer of support for grieving adults. Any adult can use it just for themselves, with grief support, practical guidance and wellbeing support to help them through their own loss, no children required.

And when that same adult is also supporting children, Guardian Robin gives them the guidance, check-ins and age-appropriate prompts to feel confident holding a grieving child, so they can support their whole family, and themselves, at the same time.

Pocket Robin is where it all comes alive for the child. It gives them a gentle, age-appropriate way to access memories, and offers ongoing support around grief, helping them understand and process the big feelings that come with loss.

Alongside stories, photos and voice notes from the Memory Robin, children can capture their own memories through interactive drawings, simple journalling and age-appropriate activities, so they're not just looking back at their person's story, but gradually making sense of their own.

Built safely, deliberately

Guidance comes from a closed knowledge base written and owned by Memory Robin, with specialist input throughout, so the system cannot improvise on a subject where improvising causes harm. Acute situations route to human escalation. Safeguarding is built into how we govern, with a Designated Safeguarding Lead who holds the authority to stop anything.

Why the workplace comes first

One bereavement lands in two places at once: the workplace and the home. Starting with employers means support arrives through a door families are already standing next to, and the people around a grieving family know what to do too.

When will the platform be available?

Memory Robin at Work launches in 2027, with the family products following. Join the waitlist to be told when.

Is it for adults or children?

Both. Adults and children each have their own gentle, age-appropriate space, designed so the whole family can grieve and remember together.

Is my family's information private?

Yes. A family's private space is never visible to an employer, and never used for anything other than supporting that family.

How does it work?

One family space, three doors. Memory Robin is where a person's story is gathered: guided prompts, photos, voice notes and letters, added by them or by the people who love them. Guardian Robin is where a trusted adult manages what each child sees and finds support for their own loss. Pocket Robin is the child's own gentle way in. You start wherever fits your family and the rest is there when you need it.

Do we need to be good with technology?

No. It is designed to be gentle and simple on any device, with guided prompts at every step. If you can send a message or take a photo, you can build a Memory Robin.

Can we start if the person has already died?

Yes. Friends and family can build a Memory Robin on someone's behalf, whether the loss was last month or years ago, adding their own stories, photos and voice notes so the collection is built together.

What if my children are different ages?

Pocket Robin is age-appropriate from five to teenagers and reshapes itself as each child grows, with neurodiversity-aware settings. Each child gets their own experience, and the guardian decides what each one sees, and when.

How involved is AI?

Carefully, and only where it genuinely helps. Guidance for adults draws on a closed knowledge base written and owned by Memory Robin with specialist input throughout, so it cannot improvise on a subject where improvising causes harm, and acute situations always route to a human. And there is no AI in the children's layer. Ever.

Can I get my memories back at any time?

Yes. Your family's memories belong to your family, always. You can access them whenever you need to and take them with you if you ever leave, and nothing is ever deleted without your say-so.

How much will it cost?

Pricing will be announced closer to launch. Many families will get access through their employer's Memory Robin at Work programme, and the waitlist is the best way to hear first.
