Support for the whole family
Whatever your family looks like, Memory Robin was built for you — a place to turn on any device, at any hour you need it.

Who Memory Robin is for
Built for the many shapes grief takes
Every family and every loss is different. Memory Robin shapes itself around whoever is there, before, during and after loss. You may recognise your own family in more than one of these.
By the moment you're in
Grieving before a loss
Anticipatory grief is real. We are alongside you before a loss, not only after it.
Sudden or recent loss
Memories, support and guidance in one calm place, so you are not piecing it together alone.
A loss years ago
Grief changes shape over the years, and Memory Robin grows with your whole family.
By who is grieving
Parents & carers raising a grieving child
Gentle, trusted guidance so you feel steadier holding a child through grief while carrying your own.
Adult to adult
A partner, adult child, sibling or friend can use Memory Robin just as naturally.
Every kind of family
Blended, single-parent, kinship, foster or grandparent-led, we shape around your household.
By what your family needs
Everything in one place
Memories, support, guidance and wellbeing tools together in one place, all designed specifically for grief.
Neurodivergent children & different needs
Age-appropriate and neurodiversity-aware, meeting each child at their own pace.
Any faith, culture or none
Values-agnostic by design, holding space for your beliefs and traditions, or none at all.
Not sure where you fit? Start anywhere. Memory Robin shapes itself around you.
Grandparents, wider family and chosen guardians can all take part too, adding their own stories, photos and voice notes, so the collection is built together, and no part of a person's story is ever lost.

Memory Robin
A living legacy, gathered in one place
Memory Robin is built for anyone who wants to make sure a family is never without the story of someone they love. It gives people a gentle, guided way to record their story, leave messages, and build a living legacy for the children and family who will carry them forward. When that isn't possible, friends and family can step in to create a Memory Robin on their behalf, so a rich, shared collection is still built, and no part of that person's story is ever forgotten.
What Memory Robin makes possible:
- Simple, guided prompts to help people know where to start
- Space for stories, photos, voice notes and favourite details
- Contributions from friends and family in one shared place
- Flexible use before or after someone has died
- A single, secure home for memories that might otherwise be scattered

Guardian Robin
Adults, supported at every step
Guardian Robin provides the human layer for both children and the adults around them. A trusted adult, chosen by the person at the centre or appointed by the family, watches over each child as they grieve and decides what memories to share, and when. At the same time, Guardian Robin supports parents, carers and wider family with practical guidance, check-ins and age-appropriate prompts, so they feel more confident supporting a grieving child and less alone in figuring it out.
How Guardian Robin supports:
- A clear guardian role for one or more trusted adults
- Controls over what each child sees, and when
- Gentle check-ins to notice how children are engaging over time
- Age-appropriate guidance and prompts for tricky conversations
- Reassurance and structure for adults scared of "getting it wrong"

Pocket Robin
A companion we built for our children, and yours
Pocket Robin is the child's own part of Memory Robin. We built it for our own children first, so every decision starts with what is safe and gentle for a grieving child, never with what keeps them scrolling.
By design, Pocket Robin has:
- No gamification and no streaks
- No AI
- No voice or video capture
- Age-appropriate content, always
Fully guided by the guardian. A trusted adult chooses exactly what each child sees, and when, with neurodiversity settings that adjust as a child grows.
Never a secret space. Everything is designed to bring families closer, supporting the conversations, questions and shared memories that help a child grieve alongside the people who love them.
