How You Can Get Involved

Memory Robin is being built by families, for families. Whether you want to join the pilot study wait list, partner as a charity, offer clinical insight, or help us shape what comes next from our Advisory Board — there's a place for you.

Register your interest

Memory Robin is being built for families like yours — and now we need your help to make sure it becomes everything it should be. Our MVP is in development and we're opening a wait list for families who'd like to join our pilot study when it launches.

Before we go further, we want to put Memory Robin into the hands of real families: people who will use it, tell us honestly what works and what doesn't, and help us shape something that genuinely makes a difference. In return, every pilot family will receive lifetime access to the full platform as a thank-you for helping shape it — and something else: the knowledge that they've helped build something that will go on to support thousands of families after them.

You don't need to be facing loss right now to take part. We welcome families who have experienced bereavement at any point, those living with a terminal diagnosis, and those who simply want to create something lasting for the people they love.

We also want to listen to your children's needs and ideas, through you. If your child has experienced loss, we'd love to know what they would want from their very own Pocket Robin: what would make it feel like theirs, and what would make them want to return to it. The children who inspired this platform deserve to help shape it

We are looking for charity and bereavement group partners.

There are many fantastic bereavement charities and support groups across the UK doing vital work every day for families and children navigating loss. We would love to connect with them – to learn from their experience, listen to the families they support, and get Memory Robin into the hands of as many families as possible as a practical tool that complements the care they already provide. If you work with a bereavement group or charity and would like to find out how you can get involved, we would love to hear from you.

Clinical consultation

A note on clinical input.

Memory Robin is a family-led platform, not a clinical tool and not a medical device. It's designed to sit alongside, not replace, the care and professional judgement you already provide.

But we also know that the people who work with bereaved families every day — counsellors, therapists, hospice teams, paediatric and palliative care specialists — hold insights that no research paper can fully capture.

We're looking for clinical partners to help shape it.

If you work in bereavement, palliative care or child grief support and would like to contribute your clinical perspective to our pilot, we would love to hear from you. Help us get it right, and ensure Memory Robin sits responsibly and helpfully alongside the care you already provide.

Join our Advisory Board

We're building this with voices around the table — not behind a boardroom door.

To build Memory Robin responsibly, we need voices with lived, clinical, educational and commercial expertise. Our Advisory Board is where we'll bring together the people who can help us get this right — and who care as much as we do about the families this is for.

We're looking for people who can bring one or more of the following:

  • Child bereavement and grief expertise Clinicians, counsellors, psychologists or charity leaders with deep experience supporting bereaved children.
  • Hospice, palliative care or end-of-life medicine Someone who understands the reality of families before, during and after a death.
  • Child safeguarding and data protection To make sure what we build is safe, responsible, and trusted — including around children's data.
  • Education and pastoral care A SENCO, pastoral lead, head teacher or school counsellor who sees grief in classrooms every week.
  • Employee benefits, EAP or group protection insurance To help us get Memory Robin into the hands of employers and insurers who support bereaved families at scale.
  • Digital health or safety-tech product leadership To help us build something robust, ethical, and genuinely useful for the families who will come to rely on it.
  • Lived experience A bereaved parent, carer or young adult whose voice keeps us honest.

If any of the above sounds like you — or someone you respect — we'd love to start a conversation.
